Exercising.

We should all do it.  Probably every day.  I usually don’t.

I dragged my butt 3.6 miles today.  I didn’t run it all (not nearly; not even half of it) and my knee aches now but I feel great!  I plan on trying to do this more often, especially since in Lexington there is always someone running by you in their tiny shorts making you feel like a lazy bum, so running is not out of the ordinary.
